The Idea
We've always been drawn to the samurai as a symbol — not the Hollywood version, but the real ethos behind it. Discipline. Loyalty. Moving with intention. That's the energy we try to bring to everything we do at Treemasons, from the designs we put out to the community we're building.
Streetwear has always borrowed from cultures that carry weight. We wanted to do it with respect — taking the aesthetic seriously, not just slapping a sword on a tee and calling it a day.
The Design Process
The Samurai Collection went through more iterations than anything else we've made. We wanted the graphics to feel bold but considered — something that works on a mesh cap or a pair of shorts without losing its edge. The colourways (white and purple) were chosen deliberately: clean contrast, wearable, but still unmistakably us.
