We always aim to dispatch all orders within 72 working hours however if you need your order sooner then feel free to drop us a message before ordering to discuss.

Orders that include pre-orders will ship in their entirety once the pre-ordered item arrives.

We are more than happy to change the size of the clothing you ordered as long as you message us first to make us aware and return the original ordered item in the same condition that you received it within 14 days of the item being received.

You will be responsible for covering the cost of the return postage and it will need to be sent via a tracked postal service.

In the case of orders which include gifts we would require these to also be returned with the clothing or a deduction of their value and admin costs will be taken from your refund amount.
